相談依頼の電話がありました。
詳しい話は聞かなかったのですが、債務整理についてのようだったので
お断りしました。
この分野の仕事は、弁護士や司法書士の職域であることがほとんどで
下手に手を出すと、業法違反になる恐れもあるので、お断りしました。
ただ、相談の窓口としてしっかりと話くらい聞けばよかったかもしれません。
手におえなければ、他士業に繋ぐこともできるし、失敗しました。。。
電話でのやりとりは難しいですね。
